โครงสร้างหิน 2 แท่ง รูปร่างเป็นชะง่อนผาบนภูผาด่าง วางตัวตรงกับพิกัดดวงอาทิตย์ตก (Sunset) ในปรากฏการณ์ “วิษุวัต” ปีละ 2 ครั้ง คือ “วสันตวิษุวัต” (Vernal Equinox) 20 – 22 มีนาคม และ “ศารทวิษุวัต” (Autumnal Equinox) 22 – 24 กันยายน
The Twin Sunset Cliffs
Two rock outcrop formations resembling overhanging cliffs on Phu Pha Dang are aligned with the sunset position during the "Equinox" phenomenon, which occurs twice a year: the Vernal Equinox (March 20–22) and the Autumnal Equinox (September 22–24).

Two parallel rock outcrops point toward an azimuth of 270 degrees, aligning with the sunset during the equinox an event that occurs twice a year.
